Refund & Exchange Policy

Please review our refund and exchange policy below. Unless otherwise stated, or clearly indicated in this Refund Policy (“Policy”), all capitalised terms in this Policy shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Terms <https://www.dragonbrand.net/terms>.
1. General Refund & Exchange Guidelines

Refunds and/or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Dragon Brand NET’s support team for assistance.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refund or exchange requests.

Dragon Brand NET will not be responsible for inaccuracy of information such as using the wrong promotional codes (for e.g. consumers using corporate promocodes), wrong address and/or in the No-Go-Zones. Orders that are being rejected due to this reason will also have an administrative fee of $3.99.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect.

Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Payment & Order Cancellation Policy

If you miss your payment (i.e., non-payment or outstanding payment) more than two times, resulting in automatic order cancellations, you will be classified as a "Dead Buyer".

"Dead Buyers" will have their accounts suspended from future purchases. Thunder Reel (Pte. Ltd.) reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or cancel user accounts and transactions in the event of any breach of terms. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is granted, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction:

Credit Card: Refunded to the same credit card used for payment.

PayNow: Refunded to the same PayNow mobile number used for payment.

Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same bank account number used for payment.

Dragon Brand NET will not accommodate requests to refund the amount to alternative payment methods (e.g., another credit card, bank account, PayNow number, or cash).

5. Verification & Security Checks

Refund and exchange requests may be subject to a verification process by our customer support team. You may be required to provide additional information to proceed with your request.

If we are unable to verify your identity or transaction, your request will not be fulfilled. Thunder Reel (Pte. Ltd.) reserves the right to reject unverifiable requests without liability.

All monetary values stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
